What is LGX – Luxembourg Geek Xperience?
LGX is Luxembourg’s major convention dedicated to pop culture, gaming, manga, cosplay, and all things geek.It’s a fun, inclusive event open to everyone, whether you're a passionate fan or just curious, coming solo, with family, or with friends.

Is there a schedule available ?
Yes! The full schedule will be published online a few weeks before the event. It will also be displayed on-site. You’ll find timings for showcases, tournaments, signings, panels, and activities.
Do I need to wear a cosplay to attend ?
Feel free to cosplay as your favorite characters during the convention ! Cosplay holds a central and vibrant place at LGX !
Is the convention family-friendly ?
Yes ! An immersive Kids Zone is planned, featuring activities, games, and shows tailored for younger visitors. familial, avec des zones dédiées aux plus jeunes.
Entry is free for children aged 12 and under,, when accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos and videos ?
Yes, except in clearly marked areas (such as certain panels or backstage spaces).
Always ask for permission before filming or photographing people.

Where can I buy my ticket ?
Tickets are available online via the ticketing link.
Can I buy a ticket on-site ?
Yes, tickets will be available at the door while supplies last. We recommend booking online to enjoy the discounted rate and skip the queues.
What types of tickets are available ?
Several ticket types are available to suit every kind of visitor :
- 1-Day Ticket valid for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
- 3-Day Pass : enjoy the full weekend
- Child Ticket (under 12) free, with reservation
- Family Pass for 2 adults + 2 youths (under 16

Do I need to print my ticket ?
No, you can simply show it on your smartphone.
I haven’t received my ticket / I lost it, what should I do?
- Check your spam folder.
- If needed, contact us through the contact form.
Can I resell my ticket to someone else ?
Tickets are not personalized. However, reselling them at a higher price is prohibited.
Can I leave the event and come back later ?
Yes, as long as you request a re-entry stamp from one of the staff at the entrance. It will be valid for the same day.
Are there discounted ticket options ?
There’s also an early bird presale phase with discounted prices for the first buyers.

Where can I park ?
Parking is available at Luxexpo (paid). Free park-and-ride (P+R) options are also nearby, with easy tram access to the venue.
Is it easy to get there from France / Belgium / Germany ?
Yes, LGX is located :
- 20 min from the French border (via A31)
- 40 min from Arlon (Belgium)
- 1h from Trier (Germany)
Is there a drop-off zone ?
Yes, a drop-off zone is available in front of Luxexpo for taxis and parents.
Cosplay
What are the cosplay rules ?
For everyone’s safety :
Prohibited items :
- Metal weapons
- Functional airsoft / realistic weapons
- Glass bottles / blunt objects
Allowed items : - Accessories made of foam, cardboard, lightweight wood, or 3D-printed plastic
- Oversized costumes, within reasonable limits
- Oversized props (over 1.5 meters long or particularly wide) may be refused at the entrance for safety or crowd flow reasons.
All weapon-like props will be checked at the entrance. The final decision rests with the security staff.
Is there a cosplay changing room ?
Yes ! A Cosplay Changing Room is available free of charge.
Is there a cosplay repair station ?
Yes, a Cosplay Repair Point will be available in the Cosplay Zone, equipped with glue, needles, hot glue guns, pins, and more.
Can I enter the cosplay competition ?
Yes! The contest is open to everyone. The registration link and full rules will be published soon on our website and social media channels.
Can I take photos of cosplayers ?
Yes, but always with their consent. Cosplay is not consent: respect and kindness are essential throughout the event. LGX enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of harassment, inappropriate comments, or unacceptable behavior. Anyone failing to follow these rules may be immediately removed from the event.

Is LGX accessible to wheelchair users ?
Yes : Ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms are available.
Are there dedicated accessible parking spots ?
Yes, right next to the main entrance.
Are assistance dogs allowed ?
Yes, with proof of eligibility if possible.
Guests & Signings
How can I meet the guests?
Some guests will be available for :
- Signing sessions
- Photoshoots
- Panels and talks : their schedules will be available on the website and on-site.
Is there a fee ?
Some signings and photoshoots may require payment. Tickets can be purchased online or on-site, subject to availability.
Can I get a personal item signed ?
Yes, depending on each guest’s terms. Some may have restrictions or offer their own merchandise for signing.
