Stand Sharing

Type of Products
In accordance with current regulations, any exhibitor offering food products (solid or liquid) must clearly inform the public of the possible presence of allergens in their preparations.
The 14 major recognized allergens gluten, eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, mustard, sesame, fish, crustaceans, mollusks, celery, lupin, and sulphur dioxide must be clearly indicated, either through a visible sign at the stand, labels on the products, or a document available upon request.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse installation or suspend the activity of any exhibitor who fails to comply with these food safety obligations.
