1.6 Applicable Law

This regulation is subject to Luxembourg law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Luxembourg City.

 

1.7 Claims and Validity

All claims must be made in writing within 10 days after the event. Invalid clauses will be replaced by provisions with equivalent effect.

 

1.8 Contractual Validity & Data

All agreements must be validated in writing. LGX complies with GDPR and does not disclose any data without consent.

2.1 Compliance with the Law

All products displayed or sold must comply with Luxembourg legislation: safety, customs, intellectual property, and protection of minors.

 

2.2 Prohibited Products

  • Counterfeits, pirated items, unlicensed copies
  • Dangerous or banned products
  • Any violent, hateful, or inappropriate content

 

2.3 Sensitive Content (NSFW)

  • Allowed only if fully concealed
  • Accessible only upon request by an adult, with visual age verification
  • No explicit work should be visible in the aisles
  • Any breach may result in exclusion without refund
  • Exhibitors may be listed on LGX materials (website, map, etc.) according to their package.
  • Final validation depends on full payment.
  • Exhibitors must respect the installation and dismantling schedules.
  • Any unauthorized overtime will be charged.
  • Products must be presented neatly with visible pricing.
  • The stand must remain staffed throughout public opening hours.
  • Installations must be stable and secure.
  • Prices are indicated in the registration form or personalized offer.
  • Payment must be made within the communicated deadlines.
  • Any technical service requests (electricity, internet, etc.) are chargeable.
  • Late payments may result in cancellation of participation.
  • All activities must remain within the limits of the stand.
  • Distribution of flyers outside the stand is prohibited without authorization.
    ➤ A penalty of €150 may be applied if LGX has to perform cleaning. Music or videos must not disturb other exhibitors (maximum 70 dB at 1 meter).

  • All promotional actions (contests, special activities) must be declared in advance.
  • LGX declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss, or damage.
  • The exhibitor is solely responsible for their equipment and the products they sell.
  • Insurance is strongly recommended but not mandatory.
  • The exhibitor is liable for any damage caused to others.
  • In the event of force majeure (epidemic, disaster, prohibition, etc.), LGX may cancel or postpone the event.
  • Payments made may be deferred or partially refunded depending on expenses already incurred.
  • Participation implies full acceptance of these regulations.

The exhibitor authorizes LGX to use images of their stand, products, or logo as part of the event’s communication (before, during, and after), unless otherwise stated in writing. Any specific recording intended for commercial or independent use will require prior agreement.

The appendices below complete the present rules by providing specific information for each category of participant. They detail the particular conditions, rights, obligations or terms and conditions specific to each category. All participants must refer to the appendix corresponding to their category.
